Laorena Kasemi

Laorena is a dedicated activist committed to strengthening democracy, empowering youth, and advancing environmental sustainability. Since 2020, she has been actively involved as a volunteer with PPNEA, contributing to environmental awareness campaigns and organizing impactful activities.

She holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Tirana (2007-2010), followed by a Professional Master’s in Governance and Policy (2010-2011) and a Scientific Master’s in Regional Politics and Policy (2012). The same year, she further enhanced her expertise through training at the Youth Policy Academy for Young Leaders.

As the Human Resources and Administration Officer at PPNEA, Laorena plays a key role in cultivating an efficient and supportive work environment. She is committed to implementing sustainable HR strategies that support team development, well-being, and professional growth, ensuring a resilient organizational culture.

With a passion for environmental advocacy and organizational development, Laorena is committed to helping PPNEA achieve its mission of protecting nature and raising awareness about environmental issues in society.
