Ermal Progni

A law graduate with over four years of professional experience in Germany’s civil society sector, E. Progni has developed a strong background in project management, youth engagement, and volunteer programme coordination. During this time, he gained experience in the design, implementation, and reporting of projects funded at the municipal, state (Land), federal (Bund), and European Union levels, as well as in administrative and funding procedures.

After returning to Albania, E. Progni decided to put his experience to work in support of civil society development at a pivotal time in the country’s European integration process. At the organization, he manages two projects focused on environmental protection and nature conservation, contributing to the implementation of initiatives that empower communities and protect natural resources.
