Edlira Lilaj

Edlira is a Finance Officer at PPNEA with extensive experience in finance, particularly in projects funded by institutional donors. She has been part of the organization since June 2026, supporting the financial management of EU co-funded projects, including LIFE, Interreg, and IPA programmes.

Before joining PPNEA, Edlira worked for nearly six years as a Finance and Administration Officer at Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. and has considerable experience in financial auditing. She holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Social Management from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Tirana.

At PPNEA, Edlira is responsible for monitoring the financial implementation of projects, preparing periodic reports for donors, and ensuring that financial documentation complies with EU standards. Through her work, she contributes to the transparency and financial sustainability of nature conservation projects.
