Political Education for Nature Conservation

The “Political Education for Nature Conservation” project, implemented by PPNEA in close partnership with Heinrich Böll Stiftung Tirana, seeks to empower the general public with knowledge about pressing nature conservation issues and encourage active participation in environmental forums and movements. By fostering a dedicated community of young volunteers, the initiative aims to strengthen youth engagement in safeguarding Albania’s natural heritage.

Goals:

  • Raise environmental awareness among the general public.
  • Establish a new group of volunteers for nature conservation capable of independently initiating actions.
  • Develop a formal volunteer structure within PPNEA.
  • Educate the public about Albania’s most critical nature conservation issues.
