Emir has studied Urban Planning and Management at Polis University. His work is mostly related to geographic information systems (GIS) and field research. He is involved in the conservation of the Mediterranean Monk Seal and Brown Bear projects, and also in raising awareness about wildlife poisoning in the Balkan countries.
