The revised Action Plan for the implementation of the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans is expected to be adopted or endorsed at the Dubrovnik Summit this week, on 14 to 15 October.
The Green Agenda’s success heavily relies on public buy-in and participation. But in spite of repeated promises, no public consultation has been held on the Plan.
PPNEA, together with 50 civil society organizations, has therefore written to the Regional Cooperation Council.
