Running out of time
The “Running out of time” project aims to promote youth advocacy in Albania regarding the causes of nature conservation and climate change.
This project is financed by the Heinrich Böll Stiftung Tirana Foundation with a duration until December 2022.
Activities:
- Outdoor movie screenings;
- Discussions on nature conservation;
- Exhibition on the natural values of Albania;
- Publication of videos on the connection of people with nature;
- Publication of a series of podcasts;
- Coordination of the “Running out of time” relay race in Albania, etc.
Project goals:
- Informing the general public about nature conservation issues and involving the latter in civil movements focused on the environment;
- Creation of a community of young volunteers, who will engage in nature conservation causes in Albania;
- Raising awareness and encouraging youth activism for nature conservation in Albania.
