PPNEA successfully finished the regional trainings on wild fauna monitoring
Our team, in order to raise regional wild fauna monitoring capacities, as an effective method for generating data and managing wildlife populations, successfully finished the theoretical and practical sessions regarding the usage of camera traps.

Such training sessions gathered representatives from RAPA Dibër and Kukës, as responsible institutions for managing Korab-Koritnik Nature Park in Albania, DAPK Sharri of Kosovo, as well as FOSH in North Macedonia.

The theoretical sessions focused on discussing the new methodologies of wild fauna monitoring, while the practical ones instructed the process of how to install a camera trap.

For the first time, this area is being monitored on a regional level, which will strengthen the cooperation for preserving nature and biodiversity.
