PREMIERE OF THE DOCUMENTARY “STOP THE AIRPORT”
The premiere of the documentary film “Stop the Airport” took place on June 28 at the Millennium Cinema. This event brought together civil society organizations, nature lovers, engaged citizens, and activists. Following the film screening, a discussion was held to explore the film’s message and the issue of constructing an airport within the protected area.
“It is a film about the beauty and the ugly. A film about free space and how people look at it. > 300 hectares within a protected area are fenced & works are going on – without a construction permit. Some 100 meters further: 1000s of flamingos”. – Gabriel Schwaderer, Euronatur.
You can watch the film documentary on the PPNEA YouTube channel throughout the day.
