Today we are happy to share with you the results of the international children’s drawing and painting competition, organized by PPNEA together with the Spring Alive partners, with the support of BirdLife. Among the 58 participating countries in Spring Alive, the first place for the category up to 9 years old was won by Albania.
Antonio Stefo, a 3rd grade student at the elementary school “OMIROS”, made us all proud with his inspiring painting, full of colors and birds, reflecting at best the main theme of the program #springalive2020: “How to be a good birdwatcher?”.
Such activities aim to create a strong connection between children and nature, while educating them on the ways we can preserve it, or the Spring Alive migratory birds.
