While every visit of the Egyptian vulture inside the supplementary feeding station in the Drino Valley is being monitored in real time, the station located in the Kurvelesh region still hides gorgeous surprises for us. That is why we continuously look forward to the next visit, which is always accompanied with new photos of the #magnificentvulture taken from our camera-trap.
Supplementary feeding stations are a successful tool for lowering the cases of poisoning among the Egyptian vulture population. We regularly maintain them with the help of the Regional Administration of Protected Areas Gjirokastër and the “Savers of Egyptian Vulture” network.
